By using nudgio, you accept these terms. They're written to be readable — the numbered sections are the binding agreement. If anything here is unclear, write to us at hello@nudgio.one — a real person reads every message.
Acceptance
By using nudgio, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Service description
nudgio is a personal content organization tool that lets you save URLs (manually, via the iOS Share Extension, or via the in-app chat agent), organize them with AI assistance, dictate by voice, send screenshots for item extraction, and track your intentions to act on saved content. The service is provided for personal, non-commercial use.
Account and eligibility
You may sign in using Google, Apple, or email magic link. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: use nudgio for any commercial purpose without prior written consent; attempt to reverse-engineer the application; use the service to store or share illegal content; abuse the AI features or attempt to circumvent usage limits.
Content ownership
You retain full ownership of the URLs, notes, and profile photos you save or upload. nudgio does not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. Third-party content (videos, images, articles) remains the property of their respective owners.
AI features
nudgio uses AI (Anthropic Claude) to suggest tags, collections, and titles for your saved content, and to power the in-app chat agent that creates collections, searches the web for items you describe by name, and extracts items from images you send. Voice transcription is handled on-device by Apple Speech Recognition — audio is never uploaded. AI-generated content (smart titles, bulk-created saves, image extractions, web search results) may be inaccurate or incomplete — verify critical information before relying on it. nudgio does not guarantee 100% accuracy of bulk creates from text or images. These are assistive features that you can modify or override at any time. AI processing is performed server-side — your content is not used to train AI models. Do not upload images containing sensitive personal data (credit cards, identification documents) or images of other people without their consent.
No warranties
nudgio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that saved content will always be accessible (as it depends on third-party URLs).
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, nudgio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Account deletion
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes all your saves, collections, tags, and profile data. See our Privacy Policy for details on data retention after deletion.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.

Prohibited content
You may not save or share content that is pornographic, sexually explicit, graphically violent, promotes the sale of real weapons, or is otherwise illegal. nudgio may exclude or remove such content and may route reports to the operator. Content you save privately remains yours, but content surfaced to others through a shared link is subject to this policy.
